Dosa

Step 1:

Take a bowl, Add 350ml of water to this pack. Make a smooth batter of dripping consistency. Keep asidefor 15 minutes, Whip the batterbefore preparing Dosa.

Step 2:

Lightly grease a flat non- stick Tava/Griddle withoil on a medium flame. Pour 1 ladle full batterrapidly from center to outward edge of theTava/Griddle in the circular motion to get the thin Dosa.

Step 3:

Dot the edges of dosa with little oil and fry for2 minute till golden brown. Put well cooked onionpotato masala or paneer vegetable masala oneach Dosa and roll it to make it more delicious. Serve hot with sambhar and coconut chutney.
