Boil 600ml of water in to thick bottomkadhai or any cooking vessel.
then add content of this pack with 2 tbspoil/ghee and stir occasionally till the water isabsorbed, simmer for 5 min.
To make spicier Upma you can addchopped green chilli to it.
you can also add boiled/fried vegetableslike peas, corn, potatoes, cubes, onion flakes, carrot and capsicum.Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.Serve hot Upma to you loved ones.
Special Tips: Add 1 tsp of butter before serving.
