Take the content of this packet in to a bowl and add 250ml of buttermilk with 15ml of oil. Add finely chopped green chilli, ginger, coriander to it. Keep aside for 15 min. before preparing the dish.
Now keep Appam stand on a medium flame. Add 1ml of oil in each circle of the stand Add a pinch of mustard seeds in each of it. Now check the consistency of batter it must bedripping.
Now drop the batter in each of circle. Let it fry from all side. Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
