Manchurian

Step 1:

Take a bowl Add 100-150ml of water with the content of this packet, make a lump free batter with good consistency.

Step 2:

Add soya sauce and green chili sauce to taste, Keep aside for 10 minutes. Make the small Manchurian balls with this batter, fry them in hot oil till golden brown.

Step 3:

For gravy: Heat 1 tbs of oil in deep vessel and chopped onion and capsicum, add finely chopped ginger, garlic and green chili. Add Urban Salsa Manchurian Masala given with this pack. Add some water to it as to get desired consistency. Add Manchurian balls to it and toss it well. Stir fry for 5 minutes. If gravy needed add 1 tsp of cornflour and some hot water to it, stir fry. Garnish with chopped spring onion. Serve hot with rice/noodles.
