Take a bowl, Add 1 measure of this pack to 1 measure of water to make a smooth batter. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
Add ginger, green chilies and coriander, crushed black pepper to it. Chopped onions are optional, If you wish you can Add it.
Place some batter on slightly wet palm and make donut shapes.
Deep fry in to heated oil until golden brown on high flame. Serve hot with sambhar and coconut chutney.
