Add 100-120ml of water / freshmilk to Urban Munchy Gulab Jamun Mix. Knead gently into soft and smooth dough. Keep aside for 10-15 minutes covered with muslin cloth.
Apply oil/ghee on both palm and then shape the dough into small and smooth Jamuns without any crack.
Special tip: You can stuff Jamuns with crushed dryfruits for richer taste.
Deep fry in oil/ghee over medium flame until golden brown. Drain excess oil and soak the Jamuns in hot sugar syrup until they completely absorb the syrup and serve hot.
Directions to prepare syrup:- Add 500gm of sugar to 500 ml of water and boil 10 min for medium flame. You can add few drops of rose water and pinch of green cardamom to this syrup.
